ADD SCUBA SEARCH :: STEP 1Want to add Scuba Search to your site and promote your company on the world's first scuba-only search engine? LICENSE AGREEMENT: Use of Scuba Search is contigent upon your agreement to the following terms: - Cyber Diver is the sole owner of the Scuba Search appliance. Your use of Scuba Search acknowledges Cyber Diver's ownership of the Scuba Search appliance. Cyber Diver reserves the right to take action against any use of Scuba Search that does not conform to any of the conditions herein.
Use of Scuba Search does not indicate or create any endorsement, approval, sponsorship, or affiliation of or with your Web site by Cyber Diver or any of its affiliate sites. Scuba Search is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of title or non-infringement and use of the appliance is at your sole risk. - Cyber Diver hereby grants you a license to use Scuba Search and the Scuba Search logo, provided you agree that:
a. Scuba Search will be used solely for the purpose of searching the Scuba Search Index (the "Index") and Scuba Search sub-indexes;
b. Scuba Search will always be active and available to your site visitors on your top-level index page;
c. Scuba Search will always stand alone and will not be combined with any other graphical elements other than the Scuba Search Logo;
d. the Scuba Search logo will not be altered in any manner including its size, proportions, font, design, arrangement, colors or elements, or animated, morphed or otherwise distorted in perspective or appearance;
e. Scuba Search will not appear more prominently than your personal, company, product, service, or Web site name;
f. Scuba Search will be displayed in a positive manner and will not be used in any way that adversely reflects on Cyber Diver and/or Scuba-Search.com;
g. you will not transfer, assign, sell, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Scuba Search appliance or your use of the Scuba Search logo; and
h. Scuba Search and the Scuba Search logo will appear as provided by Cyber Diver. - The license further depends on your agreement that:
a. Scuba Search and the Scuba Search Logo will not appear on any pages or Web sites including content or advertising for pornography, print media scuba diving magazines, whaling, commercial fishing, shark feeding (or other harassment of marine wildlife), alcoholic beverages, tobacco, firearms, religious material, DEMA, or any organization that opposes regulations aimed at protecting marine wildlife;
b. Scuba Search and the Scuba Search logo will not appear on pages including content which Cyber Diver finds in its sole discretion to be objectionable or which includes obscene, violent, intolerant, tasteless, or denigrating, or sexually oriented content or materials;
c. Scuba Search and the Scuba Search logo will not create or give the appearance of creating an endorsement, approval, sponsorship, affiliation, or recommendation of any product or service by Cyber Diver or any of its affiliate sites. - The license further depends on your agreement that Scuba Search and the Scuba Search logo will not be used or displayed in a way that disparages Cyber Diver or its affiliate sites.
- Cyber Diver reserves the right to make any change to the information and/or license provided herein at any time for any reason. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for keeping up with any such changes.
- Cyber Diver reserves the right to revoke the Scuba Search license for any reason, in which case you agree to remove Scuba Search, the Scuba Search logo and stop use within 12 hours of notice of revocation. In such a case you will be prohibited from reactivating Scuba Search or using the Scuba Search logo without further written permission from Cyber Diver.
